Do you ship worldwide?

Yes — we deliver to over 150 countries via express air, economy air, and sea freight for bulk orders. We provide tracking, customs documents, and multiple Incoterm options (EXW, FOB, DDP).

  • Express: 3–7 business days
  • Economy: 7–15 business days
  • Sea Freight: 20–45 days (depending on destination)

Which laws apply to shipping?

We comply with international trade regulations and shipping standards:

  • Asia: Regional import/export regulations (Hong Kong Trade Ordinance, China Customs Law)
  • USA: U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) & Federal Maritime Commission regulations

Do you provide warranty?

Yes — most products include a standard manufacturer’s warranty (minimum 12 months) covering manufacturing defects. Some categories (electronics, tools) may have extended warranties.

  • EU Directive 1999/44/EC — minimum 2-year legal guarantee for consumers in the EU
  • U.S. Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act — disclosure and terms apply

Returns & Refunds

Customs Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes depend on the destination country. We can ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to include all costs upfront, or DAP (Delivered at Place) where buyer handles import charges.
